Beans are a few of the cheapest and natural medicines, their abundant and efficient to combat cholesterol. Recent studies show that beans permanently lower cholesterol, one cup of beans a day can lower your saturated cholesterol up to 20%. The results show approximately 3 weeks later.

Magnet therapy has been used for a long time, now there is a new-age, or a rebirth of magnet-therapy, the therapy itself has been claimed to heal lots of diseases, specially chronic ones, and if it can't heal them, then they claim a lot of improvement. When i say "them" I mean the people that promote magnet therapy, and claim to have been cured by it.

now actually magnet therapy, has never been proved to work using scientific methods, ( like the ones used when a new drug is approved by the FDA ), most of it's success is claimed by empiric information, ( one person telling another that the magnets helped with X or Y disease )
